The cold clear waters of Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore yield some of best seafood in the world. Memory Lane is host to the Cold Waters Seafood Festival every June and now offers a unique tour package to bring you the taste of the sea throughout the summer! Sample five distinctive traditionally prepared seafoods - some plucked fresh from the ocean and others preserved for the long winter ahead. This heritage culinary adventure, served in the ambiance of a 1940s coastal village, guarantees an unforgettable authentic Maritime experience.
This experience will take you on a culinary adventure rooted in the historic cooking of Nova Scotians.
